Returns

If you receive an item that is different to what was described, or that is clearly in worse condition than indicated, please contact admin@firebirdtraining.co.uk to report the defect or damage within 7 days of receiving the shipment and we will arrange for your defect or damaged item to be returned to Firebird Training Limited for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to Firebird Training Limited in the same condition you received it, and the return must be postmarked within 30 days of shipment. If the item you purchased is a software title, Firebird Training Limited may refuse to accept the return if the item is not defective, damaged or different than described. When writing to Firebird training Limited to arrange for its return, please be as descriptive as possible regarding the problem with the merchandise.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Except as described under ‘Refunds’ below, shipping and handling charges for returning Firebird Training Limited’s items are borne by the buyer. To ensure the safe return of the merchandise, we suggest that you return any item valued at over GBP £40 with a tracking number such as that offered by Royal Mail Recorded Mail service. If the order is valued at GBP £50 or more, we suggest that you insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise. Find more information below on how your refund will be handled.

Refunds

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the first 7 working days after delivery and there has been no error on Firebird Training Limited’s part, Firebird Training Limited will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows: (1) where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, Firebird Training Limited will refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred, (2) where you are returning an entire order, Firebird Training Limited will refund the applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred, (3) Firebird Training Limited is only required to refund standard postage charges for items delivered outside the UK, (4) where Firebird Training Limited collects an item from you, Firebird Training Limited will have the right to recover the costs of collection from you, and (5) if you use a personalised pre-paid return label, Firebird Training Limited is entitled to deduct the return postage from your overall refund. Please note that, with respect to returns initiated during the first 7 working days after delivery, Firebird Training Limited are not required to refund the cost of gift wrapping, returning the item to Firebird Training Limited, and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to Firebird Training Limited because of an error on Firebird Training Limited’s part or because it is defective.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between 7 and 14 days after delivery and there has been no error on Firebird Training Limited’s part, Firebird Training Limited is only required to refund the cost of the item. Please note that, with respect to returns initiated during the period between 7 and 14 days after delivery Firebird Training Limited is not required to refund the cost of gift wrapping, delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. If you use a personalised pre-paid return label, Firebird Training Limited will be entitled to deduct the return postage from your overall refund.

Refunds are typically processed by Firebird Training Limited within two weeks of the buyer’s request. The funds will be deposited back in your debit/credit card account and Firebird Training Limited will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail.

Delivery Policy

It is the policy of Firebird Training Limited that upon receipt of an order, we aim to send out the product purchased to the customer within 3 working days of confirmation of payment for that order.

Customers will be notified within three working days if there are any anticipated delays in the dispatch of the order.

Please note for overseas deliveries, allow 7 to 15 days for shipping.
